Recognizing Leadership in Accounting

Crystal Knepler serves as a Partner and Partner-in-Charge of Tax at BPW. Since joining the firm in 2018 and becoming a Partner in 2022, Crystal has demonstrated a strong commitment to client service, technical expertise, and helping individuals and businesses navigate complex tax matters. Her leadership helps guide BPW’s tax practice and supports the firm’s continued commitment to delivering thoughtful, personalized guidance.

Devin Witt serves as a Tax Partner at BPW. A former BPW intern who joined the firm in 2012, Devin has grown with the firm throughout his career. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and his Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University. In addition to serving clients, Devin helps support the next generation of accounting professionals through his involvement in BPW’s internship program.
