Danna McGrew Named one of the Top Women in Business

Congratulations to BPW Partner Danna McGrew, who was named one of the Top 50 Women in Business by the Pacific Coast Business Times! This award recognizes female business leaders within the Santa Barbara, Ventura and San Luis Obispo counties.

As one of the firm’s Audit Partners, Danna balances many roles: a business owner who is greatly involved in the community, a mother of four (including a set of twins!) and a role model and mentor to many in the firm.

She has extensive experience in coordinating, managing and executing audit and accounting engagements, specializing in engineering, technology and employee benefit plans. She has been involved in all aspects of financial reporting including attest engagements, accounting consulting, internal control evaluations and litigation support engagements.

Danna is an active member of the community, as she is co-chair of the South Coast Business & Technology Awards Steering Committee, board member of the Alzheimer’s Association Central Coast Chapter, a member of Santa Barbara ProVisors group, president of Santa Barbara’s CPA/Law Society and a graduate of the Katherine Harvey Fellows program at the Santa Barbara Foundation.

Danna graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting. She joined Bartlett, Pringle & Wolf in 1992 and became a partner in 2007.
